Before expanding into authorship and education, I spent two decades as a strategist and fractional COO helping entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and legacy brands navigate growth and reinvention. From marketing a AAA Four-Diamond resort to designing training programs for major airlines, my work has always centered on clarity, creativity, and purposeful expansion.
