I’m the author of Disrupt Your Default and Write That Book Already, with more books on the way, including guides on writing, publishing, and marketing, as well as essays on midlife hunger and even fiction that stirs the imagination. Across every project runs the same thread: bold clarity, practical courage, and a push toward the work that truly matters.

Before books became my focus, I spent two decades as a strategist and fractional COO, helping entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and legacy brands navigate growth and reinvention. I’ve led marketing for a AAA Four-Diamond resort, designed emergency training programs with the FAA and NTSB, and guided organizations through brand pivots, operational overhauls, and expansion.

I also serve as Vice President of Operations at the Green Valley Sahuarita Chamber of Commerce, where I lead with a relationship-first mindset and a commitment to visibility, community, and meaningful connections.

All of these experiences fuel my writing. They taught me how to imagine what’s possible, build what matters, and become who I am, the same journey I now invite my readers, writers, and clients to take with me.
