Mea’s career path includes leading marketing for a AAA 4-Diamond Resort, designing emergency response plans and training for major airlines in partnership with the FAA and NTSB, and auditing emergency plans for two major U.S. cities. Her consulting work spans industries—from revitalizing legacy brands to guiding startup founders through strategic pivots and growth.

She is the author of Disrupt Your Default and Write That Book Already, and the host of The Bold Rewrite podcast. Her work blends bold thinking with actionable steps to help others rewrite their narratives, grow powerful platforms, and lead with purpose.
