Helping experienced women build businesses and lives that fit who they’ve become.

Women build differently in the second half of life.

I understand this because I am living it too.

I’ve spent years working with business owners, executives, and leadership teams navigating growth, change, and complexity. But over time, I began noticing something deeper, especially among experienced women.

Many had built successful careers, businesses, and lives… yet quietly felt disconnected from the version of success they had worked so hard to create. They still wanted meaningful work, impact, income, creativity, and contribution. But they wanted to build differently now, with more clarity, intention, and alignment.

I understand that because I’m living it too. Today, I work privately with a small number of clients each year, helping accomplished women navigate growth, transition, business evolution, and next-chapter decisions with clarity, structure, and confidence.

My background spans executive leadership, operations, business ownership, communications strategy, and high-stakes advisory work across corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial environments.

But the work always comes back to the same thing: helping women build businesses and lives that actually fit who they’ve become.

Why Mea

A Different Way of Building

Over the years, I’ve worked across corporate, nonprofit, entrepreneurial, and leadership environments, advising organizations, supporting business owners, leading operations, and helping people navigate growth, complexity, and change. But the longer I worked, the more I noticed something deeper.

Many experienced women were incredibly capable, yet quietly carrying businesses, careers, and expectations that no longer fully fit the life they wanted now. They weren’t lacking intelligence, ambition, or work ethic.

What they needed was space to think clearly again. To reconnect with what mattered. To make intentional decisions about how they wanted to live, lead, and build moving forward.

That realization changed the way I approach everything.

Today, my work blends strategic advisory, operational clarity, leadership perspective, and thoughtful decision-making with a deeper understanding of how women evolve in the second half of life.

Because meaningful work should support your life, not consume it.

And the businesses we build should fit who we’ve become.
