For more than a decade, I’ve worked across corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial environments in executive leadership, business development, marketing strategy, and high-stakes advisory roles.

I’ve led complex initiatives, worked alongside federal agencies and airline task force teams, and advised business owners, executives, and organizations through growth, operational challenges, and leadership transition.

I bring a systems-level view shaped by years of leadership across complex environments.

My background spans executive leadership, operations, business ownership, communications strategy, and high-stakes planning across corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial sectors. I’ve led strategy within large organizations, worked across multi-stakeholder initiatives, and supported small-business leaders navigating growth, change, and operational complexity.

I currently serve as Vice President of Operations for the Green Valley Sahuarita Chamber of Commerce, where I work closely with regional business leaders, executives, and organizations on strategy, operations, and growth initiatives.

Across every setting, the work comes back to the same focus: clarifying what matters, connecting the moving parts, making strong decisions, and building the structure needed for what comes next.
